Recognizing a growing need for innovation in an outdated industry, Tim Gary began his first senior living project in 1996. Although the industry presented complex challenges, it also provided the unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and their loved ones. For 25+ years, Tim continues to own, develop, and manage senior living communities that work to promote dignity, comfort, and happiness for residents.
“Whether you’re eight or 80, happiness matters,” Tim said. “We define happiness as a feeling of belonging, purpose, comfort, independence, and security. It’s in the moments shared around the family dinner table or running into an old friend while getting coffee. My hope is that Village Park Milton is a community for people of all ages to enjoy—residents and their grandkids alike. Our goal is to continuously find new ways to add connection and joy into everyday moments.”
