Being a caregiver can be a 24/7 job. Be sure to take 20-30 minute breaks regularly to give yourself time to recharge. Additionally, regular exercise can be extremely beneficial to your overall health while ensuring that you have the energy and stamina to keep up with the daily tasks that come with caregiving. Good sleeping habits are vital. Adequate rest ensures proper brain function and helps your body recover after a long day’s work.
